Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete as well as an IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. Ariel Khadr began her fitness show career at age 16 when she quit the sport of gymnastics. Her Professional Card was granted a year later at the age of 17, she was a professional athlete. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. At the age of 16, she began competing in fitness competitions after she quit gymnastics. In just one year she obtained her professional license when she was 17. She became one of the most youthful IFBB Pro in history. Ariel left the stage for the duration of six years, in order to complete her university. In 2015, she continued the same path as she did in the previous year by competing in high profile contests as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. After winning her first competition She continued to compete for several years, setting goals for herself. In 2009, she had won several fitness awards. In addition, the year 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champions made her one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pros ever. Ariel was able to take 6 years to earn her bachelor's degree, after earning the Pro Card. In October 2015, she made a return by presenting her IFBB Fitness Pro debut in the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. She placed 3rd in the competition. In summer 2016, she took the first prize at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. She was then qualified for to compete in the Fitness Olympia. Within three months, she was on stage at the Olympia in which she won 6th in her Fitness Division. Ariel was thrilled to have placed 6th within the fitness division even though she not having any expectations. There is no doubt that Ariel did well given that she competed against the best athletes. Ariel has improved her physique each year. Ariel enjoys working out on her lower back. The exercises she uses to work her back are bent-over rows on the machine using single-arm lat pull-downs. The first step is warming up before going into exercises. Ariel will also make use of every minute. One way to achieve this is by supersetting the back exercises she does. Three or four supersets that have 10--12 reps are completed.
